• Once fees are paid for registration, exams, or training programs, they are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds are only considered if a service is canceled by the organization or due to technical issues such as duplicate payment.
• Refund requests must be made in writing with proof of payment and valid reasons.
• No refund is granted in case of absence from exams or training sessions.
• Your refund will be approved within 24 hours and the money will be sent to your account within 7 to 10 days of approval
